While a cash buyer can occasionally be the BEST buyer for a home, it rarely is the HIGHEST buyer as shown through local Real Estate data. Cash sales made up 72 of 578 (12.4%) of sales in Anaheim for attached homes sold on the Multiple Listing Service for 2021. For the Harbor Lofts, it has made up 75% of sales (6/8) so far for 2022.
For sales that get difficult obtaining a loan, some agents and their sellers may favor a cash buyer over one with a loan.
Harbor Lofts in Anaheim saw 8 sales year-to-date. The activity was identical last year with 8 sales through May.
