Located in the heart of Anaheim, the Anaheim Packing District is a wildly popular upscale food court that’s home to over a dozen restaurants. It’s a 2-story building filled with people and plants, creating a most unique and beautiful aesthetic that’d be hard to find anywhere else. Every now and then you’ll find live music playing right there on the stairs which fills up the building with a fun atmosphere.
If you’re ever in the area and want a nice place to eat, I’d definitely recommend making a visit. Although parking can be a little tough due to the amount of people that visit every day, it’s worth it. In terms of the kinds of food available, you have the option of eating from fresh India flavors from Adya, cajun specialties from 206 BCE, or my personal favorite fish & chips from The Chippy Fish & Grill. These are just a few of the delicious restaurants that you can choose from! Click here to find a full list of merchants.
During the peak of COVID-19, the entire building was temporarily closed in order to protect the health of its visitors and the many businesses it houses. But as Orange County moves into phase 2, it has reopened and currently enforces social distancing guidelines. Masks are to be worn at all times, a minimum of 6 ft distance between other people, and designated exits and entrances are to be used. You can find more information from their website here.
So if you’re looking for a nice place to eat and hang out with friends (responsibly, of course), then the Anaheim Packing District is the perfect place to do so!
