Toll Brothers features 3 communities at Amalfi Hills: Cortese, Positano, and Sorrento

Located less than 1 mile from new Yorba Linda High School, Toll Brothers offers 3 communities in Amalfi Hills starting in the mid-$800’s to $1.8 million.

While designs have been toned down from the communities in Vista Del Verde, there are elements of a Toll Brothers home present in both curb appeal and interior space.

Sorrento and Positano are currently the largest offerings in Yorba Linda by Toll Brothers. Starting at $1,000,000 for a non-view lot. Homes range from 4,300 to 5,400 square feet in interior space. The 2 largest designs, La Spezia and Marsala, feature courtyard entrances to create a grand first impression on visitors.

"Cortese" models are on the same block as the former Shapell "Corte Bella" models. — “Cortese” models are on the same block as the former Shapell “Corte Bella” models.

Formerly a Shapell Homes community, Cortise features two 1-story homes with starting in the high $800s and two 2-story designs up to 3,415 square feet.

Sorry for the lack of detail on these communities. Especially with Cortise, the transition from Shapell to Toll Brothers and “market watching” has taken an effect on releases.

Amalifi Hills can be found at Bastanchury Road between Village Center Drive and Fairmont Blvd. Follow the builder signs to the communities. Most navigation units will not recognize the newer roads.
