We used Edwin to both buy our new home and sell our existing condo. Edwin was great for both transactions.
We actually chose to go with Edwin because he sold several condos in our condominium community so we knew that he has the history and ability to market this community.

Our complex had had a litigation that was being settled .. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure to get the proper information from our HOA after the case was settled.
Edwin was also so thorough in making sure our property was rightly listed by simple measuring. And because of that we actually had more square footage than what the previous company listed.
Finally and most amazingly, our listing was sold for more than the original asking price! And that is something that I had only dreamed of but because of Edwin's skills and diligence we were able to receive.

Edwin is nothing short of fantastic. He helped my husband and I sell our condo in The Domain Anaheim. Edwin was able to sell our condo in the Stadium Lofts after one weekend. We considered other agents initially, but saw the gap was big between him and the rest with his way he markets the area and the amenities. His website already gets traffic from similar condo buildings in the area, so it's easy for one buyer to be shopping for a condo in another community and then see our listing. He does video which also highlights the area, great photos and staging if needed and includes it in his marketing. He also is very knowledgable on what kind of buyer would buy our place.
