Market Update for August 2022 for Chapman Commons, The Domain, Harbor Lofts and The Stadium Lofts.
For the above video, I report the current active and pending listing count as of Aug 19th. “Days on Market” in the buildings above are not yet really reflecting the market slowdown for condos, but believe me — there are drastic changes on my recent listings in terms of showings and offers compared to the craziness of February earlier this year. Expect more listings to get pulled off the market as expired or cancelled as sellers realize you have to price and market well today.
According to Pacific West Association of Realtors, condo and townhome inventory in Anaheim jumped a whopping 94.1% in July 2022 compared to July 2021.
Percent of original list price is down a bit from 103.9% to 99.4% when comparing the same periods.
“Days on Market” for all condos in townhomes in Anaheim for the same period is up from 8 days to 19 days on average.
