Trumark homes will soon be releasing models for viewing their new community “Lewis + Mason” consisting of 6 designs with 153 homes. The attached dwellings will be 3 stories high ranging from 1,554 square feet to a whopping 2,185 square feet of living space. Some designs will have an available rooftop deck.
The residential communities of the Platinum Triangle of Anaheim continues construction with an unpredictable schedule. To date, only the “Stadium Lofts” near Anaheim Stadium is available for purchase. The surrounding projects are either completed rentals or postponed projects that are supposed to be offered for sale.
Lewis + Mason was going to be a much later project of many condo communities for sale in the Platinum Triangle, but many conversions to rental apartments and delayed decision making in projects such as “A-Town Metro” by Lennar has resulted in the first offering since 2006.

While I look forward to the designs, the odd element is the rooftop decks, which is the only private outdoor space residences would have in the “Mason” buildings. Otherwise, residences only have the common areas and a small balcony in the “Lewis” residences. While the deck is a nice, modern touch, it’s one more flight of stairs and it will likely overlook the nearby industrial buildings in the area. If you have this feature, you’d likely be able to view Disneyland fireworks nearby.
