Once your application is reviewed by the homeowner of the property, you’ll be notified and payment will be due for application fees consisting of a credit check and background investigation.
Attachements highly recommended when submitting:
Copy of last 2 pay stubs with any confidential information blacked out.
1 year of cancelled checks for demonstrating rental payment history (or screen print of bank transactions)
