Historic Villa Riviera – Long Beach CA

The historic Villa Riviera has become a historical icon in the Long Beach skyline.

Once known as the “Villa Riviera Apartment Hotel”, this iconic structure with an oxidized copper roof is best described as “Tudor Gothic” by architect Richard D. King and was the 2nd tallest structure in Southern California for more than a decade. The building was constructed in 1929 for 2 million dollars with 16 stories.
