Floorplans:
As of July 2023, none of these floorpans have sold recently. A Plan 3 floorplan that sold last summer. Overall values have changed since with the Anaheim makret increasing 10% comparing Aug 2024 vs Aug 2023. I listed a Plan A in early 2024, but it was dependent on a replacement property and the listing ended up getting taken off the market. It did give me an idea where offers would come in at however.
The best comparison is to see how the market has responded to larger 1 bedroom floorpans nearby. A-Town Metro and Stadium Lofts near Anaheim Stadium represents 2 extremes with 1 bedroom units being sold in Anaheim.
A-Town metro has oversized 1 bedroom units with full garages like the Domain but will sell for more since it is newer, larger, and has more amenities.
Stadium Lofts is on the lower end of the spectrum. Here’s a sample of how one of their units sold recently.
Expect your Domain condo to sell somewhere in between.

$550,000 to $625,000 for Plan A ; $575,000 to $650,000 for Plans 1 and 2.
