Median price for condos and townhomes in Orange County have steadily rebounded from the initial dip from the 4th quarter of 2022.

While interest rates have declined for the 5th consecutive week, they still have a long way to go to get sellers off the fence and provide the market with a much-needed new supply of homes.
After rates neared 8% just a few weeks ago, nobody expected the market to get even more tight in terms of supply. Also, as you can see from the metric “Percent of Original List Price Received”, bidding wars drove the price above asking on several listings with 100.4% received vs the listed price.
