La Floresta is a community of single family detached homes, courtyard homes, condominiums, and apartments for rent. Within the attached home offerings are Alterra and Paseo. Castille and Ventanas Courtyard homes offer detached floorplans. The largest homes of La Floresta are within the community of Avenida.
All homes are within walking distance to the La Floresta retail complex consisting of restaurants and shops such as Urban Plates, Jimmy’s Tavern, Slapfish, Whole Foods Market, and other retailers. Several communities are available as resale for all ages. Three 55+ senior communities are available: Agave by New Home Company, Buena Vida by Del Web: Solana and Olivera.
At the entrance of La Floresta on Imperial Highway is Oakmont by Capriana. This community is not part of the La Floresta development and has it’s own facilities and benefits.
