Central Park West by Lennar Homes is a community consisting of flats, townhomes, and paired residences in Central Irvine at the corner of Jamboree Road and Michelson Drive. The community started releasing homes in 2008. Communities with Central Park West include: Astoria (apartments for lease), Belvedere, Lexington, Lennox, Tribeca, Hudson, The Townes, Tribeca, and Rockefeller.
