Harbor Lofts Anaheim – November Market Update

For the Harbor Lofts, activity picked up in October with 5 closed sales bringing the year-to-date today to 8 condos sold. That’s good news for Harbor Lofts Residents as sales activity slowed significantly due to COVID-19.

For the overall condo market in Anaheim 92805, activity has resumed 2019 levels and has even exceeded totals in some metrics.

Downtown Styled Condo Residences Anaheim 92805 – August 2020 Market Update

For condominium buildings in the Anaheim 92805 area including Chapman Commons, The Domain of Anaheim, Harbor Lofts, and Stadium Lofts, the activity levels had surged in July and had surpassed prior July 2019 levels.

The number of homes in escrow had surged to 41 in July 2020 — exceeding the year prior when there was no pandemic.

The surge in activity might be possibly due to the dip you see on the graph which occurred in May 2020 as would-be homebuyers might have simply held off on their plans. The market had almost screeched to a halt in April and the numbers didn’t really show until the following month.

Active listings at the end of July are almost identical to where they were in July 2019.

Anaheim 92805 Downtown-styled Condos Update – June 2020

For Chapman Commons, The Domain, and Stadium Lofts, all buildings are back to healthy activity for pending sales. Harbor Lofts has been sluggish since the COVID-19 stay at home order started, but things should be looking up as restrictions are lifted.

Although this graph may show a slight increase in values, it can also just mean that smaller units had sold in prior months. The condo market in general in Anaheim / Garden Grove has remained about the same since 2019.
