The amenities of The Stadium Lofts are plenty and brings all the comforts of a resort hotel. All areas during my visits were maintained well and didn’t show much signs of wear. Whenever I got asked the questions “what’s included in HOA dues”, I start by telling potential buyers that these grounds have the best amenities outside of Central Park West in Irvine. (But they also have 2 HOA payments in that community.)

The fitness center of Stadium Lofts is one of the premier features of the property especially after being recently upgraded to include more equipment for a full workout: Dumbbell weights to 80 lbs, smith machine, and Life Fitness Machines. The cardio equipment consists of gym-qualify elliptical machines, treadmills, and stationary bikes.

The conference meeting room is available to residents with limited meeting hours.

More Amenities: Retail locations on ground level of Stadium Lofts: Current tenants at the time of my most recent visit consisted of Zov’s Bistro (replaced El Torito Grill) and Bay Poke (replaced Subway). Starbucks is directly across State College along with several fast food restaurants. Bank of America is next door to the west of the property.
Delivery Lockers – instead of packages sitting dangerously in a hallway, Stadium Lofts residents can instruct postal carriers to secure their deliveries in a locker of various sizes.
