After more than a decade of delays, permit extensions, and downscaling of original plans, A-Town Metro within Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle released its first Residential Homes for Sale since projects Lewis + Mason and Stadium Lofts opened on the north side of Katella.
Lennar currently has 2 communities that have completed construction. “Sol” is a community of townhomes from 1,978* square feet to 2,299* square feet. “Alia” is a community of flats ranging from 1,412* sq ft to 1,698* sq ft. Both have private garages.

On the other side of the 57 freeway, the proposed “OC Vibe” will complete the Platinum Triangle with hotels, residences, retail, shopping, and parks surrounding the existing Honda Center and Arctic.
